Offering Quality Pre-School Education for 40 years!
The Cooperative Christian Nursery School has been located in the Central Baptist Church of Riverton/Palmyra since 1971. We are a non-profit organization that has created a loving and caring Christian atmosphere for pre-schoolers. This has been accomplished through a well-rounded program that helps each child grow socially and emotionally. Stressing the Importance of Parental InvolvementWe also stress the importance of family involvement. As the school is a co-op, each parent has the responsibility to help out in the classroom on a rotating basis. Generally each parent participates about twice a month. We also offer a "modified co-op" option for families who cannot commit to helping on a monthly basis, just ask for details! Goals Of CCNS- Encourage all children to learn to express themselves
- Help children cope with feelings and emotions
- Teach children to get along with others
- Help children to constructively safisfy their curiosity
- Help children learn through Christian direction in a loving environment.
New for 2011-2012: we are offering a combined 3 and 4 year old program that will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday mornings from 9:00-11:30am. Tuition will be $125 for each co-op student, and $155 for modified co-op. We are accepting students who are at least 3 by October 1st, 2011, and are potty trained.
