September Benevolence: Eastern University - Eastern University is a Christian university dedicated to the preparation of undergraduate, theological and graduate students for thoughtful and productive lives of Christian faith, leadership and service. Women's Friendship Group (Wednesday) - Wednesday night Friendship Group will have their first meeting this Wednesday, September 18th at 7:15pm at the church. All women are welcome to join us. Marilyn Thrush will be leading the devotion for the night. Bring a little something edible to share with the group.

Church Clean-Up Day - This year’s clean-up day will this Saturday, September 21, starting at 9:00am. Please join us in preparing the church for a new season!

Italian Night - Dinner Fundraiser for Riverview - Riverview Estates is happy to invite you to Italian Night, on September 28, from 5:00-7:30pm. Dinner will feature food donated by Georgetti’s Pasta & Sauce, and includes salad, roll, beverage and dessert! The dinner is $15 per person, and will be held in the Auxiliary Room. All proceeds will benefit the Benevolent Care Fund. Space is limited. Please call (856) 829-2274 or e-mail info@riverviewestates.org for more information.

Volunteer Chaplain Aides are needed at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly. There are openings for trained lay visitors every day of the week. Following a training and orientation process, an Aide may donate two to four hours each week to visit patients, offering them friendship and spiritual comfort. Training sessions will be held on October 28 and 30, 2013. Please see the bulletin board for more information.
